1938 CHARLES MORGAN: Artist Walter Channing to Ship Model Builder Donald Tiffany

Blueprint/schematic is dated 1938, but the envelope that shows Walter E Channing sent it to Tiffany looks like it is dated 1961. We know Donald Maxwell Tiffany was a model ship maker because of some other correspondence that we are also listing, on auction that starts 6/27.
