GERMAN WWII WHERMACHT (HEER) OFFICER’S HAT WREATH AND COCKADE INSIGNIA
. Lightly cleaned Whermach (Heer) Hat Wreath and Cockade are nonmagnetic, appearing to be manufactured of alloy or aluminum. Both are undamaged; however, they show expected patina. Wreath is sharply detailed

Careful of Era
insignia prongs. Unless bent at base

. Neither insignia have Waffenachts which am told is not unusual for period Originals.  Both Wreath, can’t sell (Reich Eagle), and Cockade were purchased
in late 1950’s
in a Strasberg, Germany tailor shop that tailored/supplied Reich uniforms/accessories during WWII,  along with several “cannot sell” Reich items. Insignia have been in decades-controlled storage of my Estate.
