    Large Lava Rhinestone Tiara Cameo Brooch/Necklace Antique 1800s Hand Carved High Relief Beauty Simple Tiara Band & Headdress Hanging Tendrils Unmarked Gold Filled C Clasp with new pendant converter(see final pic) & unmarked gold plated 18" chain.
    She measures 1 1/4" in by 1 ".
    This Antique Victorian Hand Carved Lava Cameo is more than 120 years old & not in mint condition. Tiny little flaws here & there. Please zoom pics. Just the same it is wonderful unique treasure. The woman has a beautifully carved period Hair style adorned with flowing Grecian gown, jewelry. Very artfully executed tiara band & headdress with set rhinestone!!
    Antique Lava Cameos are rare and hard to come by. Just imagine this cameo has been around for over 120 years!
