    NEW HEBRIDES P-4a. Signatures of de la Chaume and Baudouin.
    Very nice grade. Quarter-folded but still fully crisp, totally fresh and original paper. NO pinholes or tears. I would grade Very Fine 30 or better; a super grade for this note!
