Description
These are an ORIGINAL pair of the wool knit socks issued to GI's for wear with the shoepacs or arctic mukluks worn during WWII. The socks are made of off-white/light gray wool knit and are stamped size 11, measuring about 23-24" in overall length.  The socks are in good used condition, with some soiling and holes at the top of one sock.
PLEASE NOTE:  I had to label these as "new" condition to prevent those dopes at eBay, who recently banned the sale of used socks, from removing the listing  Can you imagine how stupid that is?
Here's an opportunity for the collector or re-enactor to obtain a pair of socks wear with shoepacs or mukluks for the collection or re-enacting the "Bulge".  The buyer will have my usual unconditional guarantee of authenticity and a five-day  (
not the 14-days which eBay inserts in my listings without my consent
) right of inspection and return/refund privilege, excluding postage.
