    This listing is for a beautiful Tiffany FAVRILE gold iridescent Art Glass ruffled edge bowl, c. 1900.
    This bowl has a golden Favrile interior with silver highlights and rich blue highlights when holding the bowl and looking down into the interior. The exterior has a ribbed design with purple, blue and bronze highlights and a vivid blue foot ring. Marked "L. C. T..
    Measures 2 1/4" high, 6 7/8" in diameter (at top) and 4 3/8" diameter (at base). Weighs 1.2 pounds.

    his nice bowl is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws and reflecting only minimal signs of normal wear.
    "Favrile" glass was patented by Louis Comfort Tiffany in 1894 and along with Frederick Carder's "Aurene" glass made for Steuben, this glass set the highest standard for iridescent glass at the turn of the 20th century.
