    Description

US Army WW 2 , WWII ; 1st pattern Model 1938 jeep coat mackinaw Condition is "Used "
    old original coat. 1940's
Pit to pit 24 inches ( laying flat and buttoned ) No size tag . ( I'm guesstimating a 38 or 40 : this was my dad's jacket / everything else he had was a 38 or 40 ) He was in 10th Armored Division.
This is the earlier 1 st pattern with the olive drab wool blanket lining.
Please note there are some moth nips in the wool....mainly on collar : inside looks good . ( More surface vs holes . ) No rips or tears that I see.
And it has stains and dirt soiling. I did not try to clean this. Philadelphia QM tag : size info is worn off.
Ends of sleeves / cuffs in good condition . Arm pits in good condition . Fabric slightly faded . ( see pic / unbuttoned sleeve strap )
Found 1945 furlough pass in pocket . GI's name / serial number , etc . I'm guessing last time jacket was used . ( Switzerland... Army of Occupation )
    Sold as is.
    Flat s/h $ 18.50
