Ww2 Wac Off Duty Summer Dress.  Itvis in very good condition except forvtwo small nips and two places where the seams have let go.  Otherwise very nice with belt, and hat.  Dress are belt are marked size 12, hat size 23.  Measurements laid flat are shoulders 15", bust 18", waist 14", lenght 44", waist to hem 27".there is no hem allowance.   The belt laid flat the first hole is at 25", and the belt is 30" long.  A rare item complete
