Original WWII Era US Army M1938 Mackinaw Cold Weather Coat - 1st Pattern - Size 40 Dated 1941 - Excellent Condition
Up for sale is a WWII Era US Army M1938 Mackinaw Cold Weather Coat.  This is the 1st pattern coat that was made from a greenish duck canvas material, lined in wool blanket material with a folded shawl collar.  The coat is marked as a size 40 and dated 1941.  The coat is unissued, still has several of the cutter tags attached, see photo's for Condition.  No rips or tears.  No fraying.  Some discoloration on the back and arms from years of storage, see photos.  The belt is still longer present.  Great item for your WWII display.  These are getting hard to find, in original condition.
This would be a nice jacket to restore for your WWII Collection.
